Blind’s

Before the game starts, the two players from the dealer’s left will post “blind” stakes, called so because they are involved in the game before the players get to see the cards. This is to ensure that every winning hand, wins something. The player from dealer’s button left, places the “small blind”, equal with half of the minimum stake ( ex : 2.5 $ for a 5$/10$ game ). The player that is now on the “small blind” ‘s left places “big blind”, equal to the minimum stake ( ex : 5$ for a 5$/10$ game).

Opening

The dealer will always divide the game cards starting with the player from his left. This will continue in the direction of the clockwise. The players will receive two cards with the face down, the betting round begins with the player placed on the left of the “big blind”.

Preflop

The player left in the big blind is the one who always starts the first round of betting, it can not verify (check), but only to leave the hand (fold), pulse to (raise) or to answer (call) to the “big blind”. Each player may leave the hand (fold), pulse or to respond to (Call) for the respective round of betting. If no one plus (Raise) until the big blind it will be reached again, “big blind” has the option to check (Check) bet its own or plus (Raise). With the conclusion of the first round of betting, it will move to flop.

Flop

Three cards are distributed with the face up in the middle of the table. These cardes are called flop cards. The cards are common and they can be used by all players in order to form the best hand. The area in which these cards are displayed on the table,  the center of the table, is named the table game.

The flop looks like this: all players have five cards available that they can use in order to build a winning poker hand. A poker hand is formed by  the two cards which are distributed to each player and the three common cards that can be used by all players. After the opening operation, the player located on the button’s left is always the first that will take action at each round of betting.
